1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Enotre, we deliver to any address worldwide. However, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military areas and restricted zones, or seaports.

First and foremost, we deliver to most countries where our logistics partners have branches and, while striving to maintain affordable rates, our goal is to deliver your items quickly, promptly, and safely. For a list of countries we deliver to and the applicable rates, you can select your item and proceed to checkout, as rates are based on weight and volume. After entering your delivery details, we will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the address provided, without requiring payment or registration.

2. Order Status and Tracking

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation from our warehouse. Times may vary based on circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packaging and shipping. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders once received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can check and monitor the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner by entering your 6-digit order number. An additional charge will apply for redelivery if no one is present to receive the package. Please provide your phone number under the selected address at checkout so the courier can contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, delivery times depend on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, you can rest assured that your order is on its way and you can track its status here.

3. Taxes, Duties and Tariffs

For all international orders, you will need to pay all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if applicable) according to the laws in force in your country in order to clear the goods through customs.
