Our story

Enotre was born from a friendship, from a meeting of shared passions and curiosities.
An adventure that began almost by chance, but grew day after day until it became a concrete dream: to bring to the table the dialogue between Calabria and the Vicentine Hills, between south and north, between roots and innovation.

My parents have always produced oil, as a family tradition. But quality is not born from custom alone: it arises from constant research, study, and continuous training.
It is within this journey that Enotre finds its essence: combining experience and knowledge, tradition and technical rigor, emotion and expertise.

Enotre is located within the Vergari river reserve, in an enchanting landscape.
It is born in a harsh but generous land, where the blue line of the sea can be glimpsed in the distance, and the autumnal colors of an ancient forest stretch out behind.
The slopes are steep, the harvest is strenuous, but the hands are expert: the golden liquid, still warm from pressing, enchants with its aroma and flavor.

The project

With the passion of those who love their land and with the support of friends and collaborators, Enotre has grown to become an international benchmark for the quality of its organic extra virgin olive oil.

Today we produce an oil that has received recognition worldwide, but the heart remains the same: respect for nature and the artisanal work that starts in the olive grove and reaches your table.

Our approach

Cultivating an olive grove means living with the rhythms of nature: intense days of harvesting, the meticulous care of every plant, and milling within a few hours to preserve freshness and quality.

Ours is a daily commitment that requires sacrifice, but which gives us a unique product, an authentic symbol of Calabria.
