1. Ordering
No, it is not necessary. You can make purchases and complete your order as a guest each time.
However, by creating an account with us, you will be able to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register now or you can start shopping and create your account before proceeding to checkout on the cart page.
Click on “Login/Register”, then on “Create an account” and enter your personal details.
Purchase the items you wish and add them to your cart. Once finished, you can proceed to checkout. Review and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.
You will be able to add items as long as they are available. It may happen that the item is in someone else’s cart, so the item status will be “Temporarily unavailable”.
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express using Stripe.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. We recommend reviewing your order before placing it.
Enter the voucher code in the “Voucher code” field and click “Add” on the cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we will not be able to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you did not enter it during checkout. Ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped after credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address has been verified. Alternatively, you can check your order status in the “My Account” section if you are a registered user.
2. Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery times via standard courier are approximately 5 business days, while those via express courier are approximately 3-4 business days from the time of order.
We do not currently offer tracking service.
You can find shipping costs at checkout. For international deliveries, you can select the item and proceed to checkout, as costs are based on weight and volume. After entering your shipping details, we will automatically calculate shipping charges based on the address provided, without the need for payment or registration.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

There are no additional costs for redelivery up to two times. The cost applies from the third attempt.
