Here, on steep slopes and ancient lands, work continues as it once did: manual harvesting, care for each plant, simple life far from the noise of the city. It is a place that speaks of effort, but also of reward: that of an extra virgin olive oil of unique quality and direct contact with the land.

Our olive grove is located along one of the paths of the Vergari River Natural Reserve, an itinerary that follows the ancient routes of the Enotri, the people who first gave their name to these lands. Visiting Enotre therefore means immersing yourself in a history that spans centuries, where landscape and culture merge into an unforgettable experience.

At the end of the visit, we will welcome you on our wooden terrace overlooking the olive trees. Here you can taste our oils and other local specialties, in an atmosphere of peace that words cannot describe, but which remains etched in memory.
