My City Kitchen

Enotre is very proud to collaborate with My City Kitchen (MCK), a non-profit organization based in Meriden, Connectictut, USA. MCK was founded by chef Kashia Diaz in 2009 and has become a reference point in the Meriden community.

The aim of our partnership is to extend the knowledge about healthy food, which is essentially based on the knowledge of food’s provenience. Here at Enotre we can make sure that the customer is given one of the best product in the market – and we are working to make our Extra Virgin Olive Oil readily available in the american market.

About Kashia…

Kashia is a native of the twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago, the Founder of My City Kitchen; a Public Charity Organization established in 2009. MCK mission is focused on instilling healthy eating habits, building self-esteem, fostering a sense of belonging, and establishing basic life skills in our children. I encourage them to take a keen interest in what they eat, where the food comes from, and how to prepare it independently. Through education and health awareness we seek to pave the way for youth to become responsible and healthy adults, showing them a bigger and brighter future through cooking.
