14th DEPARTURE TOWARDS CALABRIA
Departure from Rome by train, direction Calabria, where we’ll begin our tour. Arrival by bus to the “Ecce Homo” Monastery, taking possession of the rooms. Visit the historic center of Mesoraca. Welcome lunch or evening with members of the associations “Città Visibili”, “La Maruca”. Packed dinner and overnight.

15th ECO TOUR IN THE TERRITORY OF MESORACA
Breakfast and day of excursion in the territory of Mesoraca. Monte Giove in the morning, chestnut harvest and typical lunch. Afternoon at the Vergari river park organized by the “La Maruca” association. Dinner at the monastery.

16th ENOTRE OLIVES HARVEST
Breakfast and olive harvest day at the Enotre olive orchard. Packed lunch on the fields. At sunset, return to the monastery and dinner. At evening, visit to an olive press facility.

17th SANTA SEVERINA and LE CASTELLA
Departure from Mesoraca visit of Santa Severina and Le Castella: Santa Severina is a gorgeous small village on the top of a mountain. Le Castella is a sea village, see picture. Return to Lamezia Terme; dinner and overnight stay.

18th TROPEA and PIZZO
Departure from Lamezia Terme and visit of Tropea; tour in the village, possibility of swimming at the beach, see picture. Afternoon walk in Pizzo, famous for the “tartufo” a chocolate cake. Return to Lamezia Terme, dinner, overnight.

19th SCILLA and REGGIO CALABRIA
Departure from Lamezia Terme for Scilla; walk in Chianalea; typical lunch with swordfish sandwich. In the afternoon visit of Reggio Calabria. Dinner and overnight stay.

20th VILLAGES IN ASPROMONTE
Tour of the villages in Aspromonte: Bova and Roghudi, in the setting of the splendid Amendolea river. Return to Lamezia Terme and overnight.

21st DEPARTURE TO ROME
Based on the departure time of the participants, a walk in the historic center of Lamezia Terme can be planned.
Then you’ll travel back to Rome, with the possibility of visiting the city in the evening and eating there.

22nd RETURN TO USA
The baseline is $2050 per person calculated for a group of 30 people.
A €500 non refundable deposit will be asked at booking, and the rest will be divided in 4 other equal payments.
The baseline price includes:
- 50-seater bus for the entire trip and includes all travel;
- overnight stay in b / b in a double room, 1 night in Rome, 3 nights in Mesoraca, 3 nights in Lamezia Terme (CV) and 1 night in Aspromonte (CV);
- all lunches;
- various tastings of typical products (cedar, bergamot, lestopitta and much more);
- three dinners in the Mesoraca area, two dinners in the Lamezia area (CV);
- rental of shuttles to reach the villages of Aspromonte;
- authorized tourist guides for the entire trip;
- enter paid places;
The baseline price does not includes:
- Airline ticket costs.

Refund policy: a 500€ non-refundable deposit is required. The rest of the tour will be reimbursed if the traveller informs us up to one month before the beginning of the travel.
